Spiderwalls.net was registered as a domain from Host Monster on December 14th 2008, and since that time has grown substantially. It hostsmany of my personal sites such as my graphics site, fanlisting collective, and my blog. The main site functions as a network directory to all of my sites hosted under this domain. My first sucessful site was my graphics site Tomorrow's Deception. It was created about half a year before SpiderWalls.NET was opened. T-D had moved hosts once before its final move to a subdomain under this site. I decided to make the main site into a collective instead of a graphics site because I hoped to open a few fanlistings as well as some fan sites devoted to some of my favorite things. SpiderWalls.net is my only domain, and I do not intend to purchase another as I have found they are expensive, and I have unlimited space for all my sites therefore I will hopefully never need another.
The name "SpiderWalls" is not completely random to be honest. For those of you who know me well, you would know that my biggest fear has always been spiders. Therefore, "spider" is really meant to represent fear in the title of this site. Obviously that's SpiderWalls.NET is also known as the Fear network. I think it's a lot different than most domains since the title is morbidly different. So where did the word "walls" come from? Well, I'm pretty much an introvert and I've had a lot of people tell me that I like to box myself in from the world, and other people. So I guess the name SpiderWalls means to me secluding yourself from the world and all of your fears. I've probably gotten a lot of shit for such a weird name, but I really don't mind, it's kind of personal and abstract, but I quite like it.

Features: Lightning, Snow, and Serah from Final Fantasy XIII
Online From: July 2010 - Current Date
About: I actually genuinely like this layout, when I was designing it I knew I wanted a Final Fantasy XIII themed layout since I had been playing the game at that time. I also wanted a very colorful layout, since I noticed that a lot of the previous layouts were dark or gray. I also worked hard to make sure the CSS for the layout was polished, which is why I chose to use images as headers instead of plain text.

Version 5

Features: Ritsuka Aoyagi from Loveless
Online From: February 2010 - July 2010
About: This layout was ok, it wasn't one of my favorites, I think I really rushed it because I wanted to get rid of the old layout as soon as I possibly could. Unfortunately there was nothing too unique about it, and like to version 4, I began to like it less and less over time.
Version 4

Features: Dante and Nero from Devil May Cry
Online From: September 2009 - February 2010
About: This layout's style was inspired by Ashlee's layout with the stripes down the side and manga coloring. Unfortunately I think I must have butchered her style, mostly because of the clashing colors and the random text on the banner. The lyrics featured on the layout are from Modest Mouse's "Paper Thin Walls".
Version 3
Full Size: View in new window?
Features: Stripes and Typography
Online From: June 2009 - September 2009
About: I was very proud of this layout, it was really clean looking, and I didn't use a single anime or manga image. I also enjoyed the colors and professional feel or this layout, but I later realized it wasn't the best style for my network. The lyrics featured on the layout are from The Pixie's "Where is My Mind?".
Version 2
Full Size: View in new window?
Features: Maka Albarn from Soul Eater
Online From: March 2009 - June 2009
About: I was quite satisfied with this layout compared to the first version. I reworked the entire organization of the site, and it felt more like a network. The layout was supposed to be a very light blue, but many people told me it looked gray. The lyrics featured on the layout are from Led Zeppelin's "What is and What Should Never be".
Version 1

Features: Pleinair from Disgaea
Online From: December 2008 - March 2009
About: I was so excited when I bought my own domain. This was the very beginning of SpiderWalls.NET I really liked the look and feel of this layout, but unfortunately I really wasn't used to the set-up and organization of a network, so I had a side bar with a full navigation similar to my graphics site, therefore I was eager to change the layout.
